Job description/responsibilities :

1. Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, including but not limited to master services agreements, service agreements, EPC agreements, franchise agreements, supply agreements, sale and purchase terms and conditions, software agreements, consultancy agreements, lease deeds, gift deeds, customer protection agreements, NDAs, on the job training agreements, quality agreements, audit agreements, employment agreements, offer letters, agreement termination letters, amendment agreements, etc.

2. Drafting and review of privacy policies, terms and conditions and disclaimers for websites.

3. Drafting and review of HR policies and related documents.

4. Giving advice/ opinion on legal queries, including but not limited to queries under labour laws (HR issues), Companies Act, etc

5. Drafting of and replying to legal notices.

6. Drafting of trademark applications, replying to examination reports and appearing for hearings before trademark examiners.

Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Flexi timings apply.

Weekly Offs & Leaves : All Sundays and 1st and 3rd Saturdays are off. Standard Leave policies apply.
