Emeritus - Senior Analyst - Corporate Development (1-4 yrs)

Role:
- Assist Associate Director, Corporate Dev and Head of Department, in designing of new organic initiatives to meet the medium to long term strategic objectives of the Company - Growth, profitability, new businesses
- Support in fundraise, market landscaping, business development, partnerships and other activities of strategic importance
- Assess and drive market-facing and inorganic initiatives of M&A, alliances, new market entry
- Program-manage operational excellence and cross-functional projects that are business critical
Skills:
- Problem-solving: can solve un-structured problems and drive insightful analysis
- Financial analysis: Ability to apply sound financial analysis and derive relevant insights
- Stakeholder management: ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders as well as middle management
- Self-starter and independent working skills required.
- Communication: written and oral
Reporting:
- Reporting to Associate Director, Corporate Development
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience from top-tier institution
- Experience in problem-solving, building presentation materials and financial models
- Total work experience 1 - 3 years, preferably in Consulting or Investment Banking
