We are looking for a Director - Product to help us build intuitive and delightful products that will enhance the end-to-end - Emeritus experience- for our students. You will also work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders on product initiatives encompassing student acquisition, learner advancement and alumni relations. This role will require you to imagine what the future of online higher education will be, and work closely with our global teams, to make that happen.   Responsibilities:  - Develop and execute a product roadmap that captures the vision of Emeritus and represents the future of online higher education.  - Gain a deep understanding of how students learn (learning paths, learning outcomes, completion rates, group v/s. individual, self-paces v/s. cohort etc) in an online environment and reshape the product to lead to better learning outcomes.  - Define and measure success. Define product metrics and analyze results. Synthesize metrics with student feedback in order to improve the product and prioritize the product enhancements.  - Continuously seek out improvements to our instructional design and learning delivery processes by working with the learning team, to create a superior learning experience for students  - Work closely with stakeholders from technology, design, marketing, and other teams to build and launch high-quality product experiences that substantially improve and enhance the user experience.  - You will drive long-term product development initiatives by analyzing customer feedback, performing usability tests, and running A/B experimentation to validate new innovative solutions and develop a - go-to-market- strategy to improve the consumer-buying experience.  - Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineers on day to day bugs, features and priorities  Requirements:  - Experience in building and driving strategy for a higher education institution or a company with similar background  - Experience managing an end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch, managing agile development and working within budgets  - Experience in developing products across web & mobile  - Excellent consumer intuition  - Solid design instincts  - Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, globally   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity  - You should have a particular interest in education, especially higher education  - Technical background and/or empathy for engineers, and strong communication skills
