Role: Director - Enterprise Solutions Seeking an Enterprise Solutions Director to join the Eruditus Executive Education team to manage and grow our portfolio in India. This person will serve as the India head for the Enterprise Solutions team and be responsible for scaling and growing the business. The person will report into the Business Head for Enterprise Solutions. The position is based out of Mumbai or Delhi. Key Responsibilities : - Managing and growing the India Enterprise Solutions portfolio to over US$10 million - Overseeing and developing the Enterprise Solutions team across India - Current presence across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore - Building a robust pipeline of organizations across India to help them address their learning needs classroom, online, blended or custom - Guiding the India Enterprise Solutions team to close deals Key Skills for this role : - Experience growing a portfolio to $8-10 million - Core skill identifying new and key accounts to target, sourcing & farming existing client list, great oratory skills, excellent presentation and pitching skills - Ability to convert opportunities into wins - Sales experience with HR, L&D and Business Heads for academic programs, certificate course and custom learning programs - Strong understanding of the corporate education market in India Requirements : - MBA from a Tier-1 Institute with 10+ years of experience in the Education business with Corporate Sales handling big ($million) accounts - Sales mentality and the ability to coach others in sales leadership - Strong business acumen and analytical - High level of organizational and interpersonal influencing and stakeholder management skills - Skilled negotiator with multi-faceted partnerships - Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills - Strong network of HR, L&D and Business Heads across India
