Purpose:- To provide targeted strategic insights across Sales &amp; Marketing functions, based on sound financial analysis and forecasting. Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis to improve future performance. - Research on areas to improve sales margin. - Evaluate previous budget data and expenditures to develop efficient future budgets. - Prepare monthly dashboards on sales profitability and commercial excellence. - Communicate results and present business recommendations to management. - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support. - Identify process improvement opportunities in Sales Operations, field coverage &amp; compliance, stakeholder engagement, present dashboards for improvement actions, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards. Key Measures and Targets: - Improve sales and financial performance - Productivity per person and EBIDTA improvement - Quality of insights leading to business impact - Brand growth. Qualification and Experience: BE and MBA from Premium Institutes. Experience : 2 to 8 Years.
