Emcure - Manager - Finance

Key Accountability :

- Manage an Invoice Processing team (15+) that ensures accurate and timely invoicing and proactive monitoring of all payable transactions while adhering to policies and procedures.

- Accountable for timely and accurately delivery that drives effective invoice processing, prompt payment to suppliers and issue resolution on expenses

- Resolve issues that are escalated by the team and monitor their performance

- Support changes in services by managing the management of change process with stakeholders - internal & external

- Support internal change communications and implementation

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and strive improvement towards operational excellence

- Take ownership to prepare and update the process standard operating procedures

- Identify, manage and escalate process risks as required

- Work with relevant Internal Control team to maintain controls currently owned within the team and facilitate internal and external audit review

- Communicate clear instructions to team members and listen to team member feedback

- Drive teamwork attitude for the benefit of the company and the team

- Assist in project coordination, recruitment, training and management of people

- Support career development framework, personal development plans and succession planning for team

- Regularly identification of improvement opportunities and implements transformative solutions that solve our most challenging and complex problems

Qualification & Competencies :

- Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Detailed knowledge of accounts payable and invoice processing practices

- Minimum 6+ years on hand experience in Accounts Payable and Invoice processing process on SAP, HANA

- Experienced in Automation and workflow implementation

- Experienced in recruiting, developing and coaching employee

- Direct process management experience including best practices, driving innovation, continuous improvement, technologies, processes, procedures and tools

- Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment

- Well versed in developing MIS and preparation of power point presentations
