Roles and Responsibilities.: - Creating new opportunities for growing the business, organically and inorganically through in - licensing - Building comprehensive business case for selected technologies/ product opportunities including an overview of all development/ launch activities Assisting the global new product team in identifying / evaluating new drug / biological targets from a marketing perspective (NPV analysis etc) - Taking ownership of existing portfolio of new businesses, making recommendations on which ones have the most upside, developing the supporting business plans, and most importantly, executing to get them to market - Overseeing sales force effectiveness and liaising with recognized industry thought leaders to develop a best-in-class sales excellence strategy - Driving and securing significant productivity improvements and optimizing resource allocation through regular sales structure reviews in close collaboration with sales management - In conjunction with product management identify new applications for existing product lines -drive the internal growth of the company
