General Manager Exports - Pharma

1. Direct overall supply chain operations, demand & supply panning and inventory control.

2. Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organization policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.

3. Responsible for Exports related documentation and Regulatory Compliance.

4. Setting up timelines for every process followed to ensure the products reach the destination as per the scheduled date.

5. Evaluates processes to identify opportunities to reduce risks and/or costs for export control activities.

6. Make O2C and EXIM online order management tool run successfully and with complete functionality, online order processing and documentation.

7. Implement new tools like planvisage demand planning tool, PANDO for logistics and on line budgeting tools etc for promoted business in Emerging Markets

8. Manage all digitalization of projects for automation of processes for faster responses.

9. Manage shipments (sea, air) ensuring optimum cost effectiveness.

10. To have direct contacts with business partners in all countries, to understand and resolve their issues proactively.

11. End to end cold chain management of the products, which would involve the communications and actions in order to make our business partners aware about quality and efficacy of our products and accordingly to have visibility of their operations, to help to maintain the quality of cold chain products till the last consumer.

12. Responsible for getting documentation done for banking purpose for supplied export orders.

13. Responsible for providing the required data in time to avail the export benefits, for applicable schemes as per DGFT guidelines.

14. To comply the documentation required for advance licenses, DGFT compliance and as applicable at times.

15. To create monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS to present the management and to raise the flag for anticipated issues and to suggest the solutions to the same.

16. To play active role in compliance of emerging market budget by giving support to the business within the frame work of SOP's.

17. To make quarterly presentation to Business team and management giving complete scenario of business and SCM operations.

18. Responsible for collection of funds from emerging market countries as per applicable payment terms finalized in agreements.
