1. Establish and Pursue Internal Communications Policy for Emcure and It's subsidiaries. 2. Regularly communicate with information owners and draw out news and happenings for internal communication. 3. Plan activities for employee Info, connect and motivation with HR. 4. Write messages/scripts/ for leadership communication. 5. Content creation and management for internal newsletter. 6. Extract messages from external communication and use them for internal dissemination. 7. Ensure messaging sync between external and internal communication. 8. Monitor Employee activity and posts on social media, mentioning. 9. Work with Digital/Social media team to create buzz through emails and social media posts with inside out info sharing, targeted both at internal as well as external stakeholders. 10. Periodically measure the impact of employee communication and work to fill the gaps between defined and achieved objectives.
