Emcure - Associate - Corporate Strategy & Development

Job Description:

- Working with finance, regulatory, production and other teams to analyze business performance.

- Preparing investor relations FAQs

- Support Emcure's Annual Strategic Planning Process

- Support for various projects such as Global Tax planning, Company / Subsidiary restructuring / Corporate Governance,

- Support in Preparation of the presentations for Top management for various occasions including investor presentations.

Key measures and targets:

- Projects delivered within agreed time, scope and budget

- Create competitor/industry analysis as input for strategic plan

- Handling of investor queries.

- Governance standards and compliance

Require Skills:

- Work experience 1-2 years.

- Should have strong financial skills.

- Strong presentation skills (preparing high quality presentation)

- Extremely efficient and conscientious approach

- Strong in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education - The ideal candidate should be a B. Tech with CFA or MBA from a premier college or university.
