This is an exciting opportunity to help conceptualize, deploy and drive adoption of key recruiting programs including Employment Branding, Recruitment metrics, Employee Referral and other key TA initiatives. The role requires strong PM skills who can work with talent leadership across CoE's to ensure we are not only meeting the needs of our internal stakeholders today but planning for the future as well.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

- Work with TA leaders across CoE's to develop a strategy to ensure global adoption of new programs

- Develop guidelines for key programs and partner with the global CoE's to drive adoption. Implement and establish metrics for program success and track results.

- Drive market intelligence on the talent market, competitive landscape, enable the TA organization to Share relevant data and talent insights on regular basis with business to drive two-way partnership on hiring

- Systems savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience working with ATS (Workday will be a plus)

- Advanced PowerPoint skills required.

- Strong ability to influence, build relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally in a large, matrixed organization

- Comprehensive Project Management along with development of reports/tools to track all milestones and deliverables

- Vendor management

- 4-6 years of experience with at least 2 years in areas such as Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Human Resources, Learning & Development with program development experience
