The segments of Ed-tech are not primary, secondary, test prep and vocational. They can't be when learner success is based on lifelong learning and retention. "The new paradigm we are defining is based on the depth of our platform thinking designed to maximize learner outcomes for lifelong learning. A. Simple content aggregators: Distributing content in some UX embedded in some hardware or a transactional play like video conferencing. Consumption onus is on the student. Quality is only as good as the teacher. 99% of Ed-Tech today works like this. It's like selling a book followed in a leading educational institution. People join that place for a better life, books are not valued as much.

B. Personalized adaptive learning providers (PAL): All content backed by and tagged to a uniform taxonomy is used to deliver personalized learning paths for every student using algorithms. The personalization quality depends on the depth of tagging and the horizontal syllabus span the content covers. Fixing non-grade level performance is only possible if you can take every child back to remedy earlier learning deficiencies. Embibe has the deepest tagged content libraries in the world today and the knowledge graph permits extensive horizontal navigation for every child.

C. Learning Outcomes Platforms: This stage is only achieved when enough experimentation has happened at Stage B to know what feedback loops work. This means engaging with a platform alone can improve you. This is the holy grail. THIS is where we operate now."

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to deliver results while inspiring others around them.

TheTalent Acquisition Managerwilllead a full-cycle recruiting team dedicated to hiring top talent.

You willmanage a team of high-performingand innovative recruiters.

As we continue togrow andscale you will be integral in helping the team structure and evolve ourtalent acquisition strategies andprocesses while ensuring an exceptional experienceforour candidates, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and foster relationships withinternal stakeholders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact

- Effectively lead a team of high-performing ICs through compassionate management, collaboration, coaching & development.

- Champion company's culture & values and foster a culture of belonging to help the team dreambig, have fun, and getthe work done

- Lead with an agile mindset focused on problem-solving through creative solutions, and thrive in an environment where growth and change are the only constants

- Proactively seek opportunities to utilize talent insights to create talent acquisition strategies, understand the Talent Market and opportunities to drive innovation (remote hiring, internal mobility, skills-based hiring)

- Deliver against a headcount plan for the Non-Tech functions like Media, Content, GTM, Marketing, HR & Finance

- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to ensure overall alignment in recruiting strategy

- Contribute to projects across the TA Roadmap to drive us towards innovation and best on planet recruiting

- Educated and knowledgeable in recruiting trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolvingour tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

- 6+ yearsin Talent Acquisition or Recruiting in a fast-paced startup or eCommerce

- 3+ years of team management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- An inspirational leader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceedexpectations

- Proven track record of compassionate management or strong coaching skills

- Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive data

-Ability to coach your business areas on the latest Talent Acquisition thinking and best practices

-Experience with the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics
