Embibe - Manager - Qualitative Research (6-12 yrs)

Once here you will :
- Lead research across qualitative projects, synthesize insights, translate findings to catalyze design and strategic decisions, and present learnings with different internal teams
- Go beyond simply capturing insights, but inspire teams and help to create meaningfully experiences
- Build the research practice at Embibe, setting up processes and frameworks that can help embed research across multiple internal teams
Relevant experience
- Minimum of 6/7 years of user research and qualitative research experience
- Ability to lead a team of qualitative researchers
- Ability to find insights with a unique blend of research, insights, business requirements. Ability to communicate & connect insights with technology/processes to design solutions.
- Bridge the gap between consumer understanding & perception with innovative insights that help an organization to achieve the goal.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (Growth team, product team, tech team, business development. Brand team) for analysis & communication of a wide spectrum of market research to be used by the organization.
- Experience of using qualitative techniques in an applied, professional context to drive insight and decision making
- Experience with research methods - interviews, observation, ethnography etc at different stages of the product life cycle: collect formative feedback to support iteration, and validate a go-to-market solution
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Fluency in multiple media for storytelling- while grounding storytelling in research
In addition, you have :
- Experience in the education/ learning/ knowledge space
- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, exercising a balance between research rigor, organizational skills, and inspiration
- The high comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity; Openness to critique from other disciplines and curiosity to learn from a spectrum of perspectives
- A desire to keep digging into insights, going beyond the obvious to identify what is truly unique or different about what you- re seeing in the world
- Evidence of a voracious appetite for the new - experimenting with new tools and technologies that push learning in new directions, work with people who are much different than you and a willingness to challenge your own assumptions
