- A. Simple content aggregators: Distributing content in some UX embedded in some hardware or a transactional play like video conferencing. Consumption onus is on the student. Fixing non-grade level performance is only possible if you can take every child back to remedy earlier learning deficiencies. Embibe has the deepest tagged content libraries in the world today and the knowledge graph permits extensive horizontal navigation for every child.

C. Learning Outcomes Platforms: This stage is only achieved when enough experimentation has happened at Stage B to know what feedback loops work. This means engaging with a platform alone can improve you. This is the holy grail. THIS is where we operate now."

Your role in Embibe will go a long way towards making this happen.

Role :

As a User Research Professional candidate to collaborate closely with the product and tech leadership to shape our products. Work with your peer(s) to set clear methods, standards and metrics for gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously deepen the actionable knowledge of our product teams, using innovative UX research tools.

Technical Skills:

1. Well established portfolio of research techniques from ethnography, field studies, interviews, usability studies, concept validation, A/B testing, user journey mapping, surveys, scorecards and competitive analysis.

2. Design, recruit and moderate research studies regularly (both in-person and remote)

3. Use a variety of research methods and tools to best reach the goals of each project in order to provide rich, actionable insights

4. Experience with visual design creation tools such as Figma, PPT, Visio or equivalent to create strong visual designs and information visualization of insights

5. Communicate research findings and prioritized recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling way

Skills Required:

1. Great verbal/written communication in English and other local languages.

2. Storytelling/workshop skills with the ability to successfully articulate research team and stakeholders.

3. A team leader and player with proven experience in working with cross functional teams while applying user centered design processes
