JOB PROFILE :

We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our YouTube operations team. This is an exciting opportunity wherein you will be supporting the business by helping us manage complex data sets & developing interactive dashboards. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for developing & managing various datasets as per business requirements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present the findings using appropriate analysis and visualization tools

- Proactively learn new technologies and constantly upskill

- Work closely with stakeholders and cater to their analytical needs. Design data driven solutions to the business problems at hand

- Proficient in building statistically & analytically sound analyses like - learner segmentation, learner profiling, defining learner journeys, conducting RCA

- Capable to define KPIs relevant to the business and constantly strive to measure, track and report the same

- Can think out of the box and doesn't fear trying out new technologies, processes or algorithms

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE :

- Must have: SQL, Tableau, Excel

- Good to have: Python, Looker, Google Analytics

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and execute data driven solutions independently

- MUST HAVE Strong knowledge and experience with complex and optimized querying on databases using SQL

- MUST be Proficient in MS Excel

- Experience in automating and streamlining repetitive processes

- Adept at report writing and presenting findings with proper storyboarding

- Ability to work independently with various stakeholders

- Good to have: Prior experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc.

WHAT YOU'VE GOTTA HAVE :

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- A solid understanding of data mining & structuring

- If you've kicked it with an EdTech, then that's even better
