JOB PURPOSE: To develop and implement optimum information technology solutions for the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Recommends and implements information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. - Conceptualise and build a robust Information Technology architecture/platform to support business requirements. - Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees - Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. - Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. - Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and Qualification and Experience: - Graduation / Post graduation in Computer applications/ Information technology - Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analysing, Budgets, Strategic planning - Should have managed IT department in a large process-driven an organization - At least one end to end successful SAP implementation experience Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Strong data understanding and problem-solving skills - Proactive and anticipate deviations to plan and take pre-emptive actions - Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive. - Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative
