Emanation Partners is a leading provider of high-value research and analytics solutions to the global investment management industry. We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of a Private Equity Research Associate.

The Associate will be positioned as a dedicated member of the core investment team for a North American private equity firm. This position is for an immediate start so we are looking to select candidates quickly.

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics :

Background :

- Prior work experience within a top global investment bank, equity research or management consulting firm.

Top-tier verbal/written communication skills :

- Ability to interface directly with the senior members of investment team on a regular basis. The Associate will be leading weekly calls and responding directly to email inquiries which at times will be during evening hours IST.

Superior fundamental research capabilities :

- Ability to perform detailed qualitative and quantitative industry and company-specific fundamental investment research.

Team player : Willingness to mentor/learn from other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Maturity/professionalism :

- The right balance of humility and confidence, high level of accountability and driven to consistently complete each deliverable at a world-class level.
