Emami Group - Senior Business Manager&nbsp; Exp : 6 - 12 Years&nbsp; Job Description : - Mandatory Work experience in E Com / E Com startups in CPG industry (minimum 2 Years) - Financials : Strengthening topline &amp; bottom line performance of the assigned product categories in line with the organizational goal. Driving P&amp;L improvement by reviewing &amp; analysing business inputs and their ROI. - Marketing : Preparing marketing budget and plan for portfolio. Execute plans to improve brand health scores. Planning and driving activities relating to communication development and consumer engagement to drive trial and repeat rate. - Planning : Develop detailed execution plan for the year along with measurable KPIs and spends control. - Operations : Managing OTIF (On time in full) launch of new projects /NPD as per committed timeframe. Customer Development : - Monitor performance of each marketing channel; identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test new experiments - scale them if performance is in line with targets - Closely monitor competitive activities, positioning, reviews and brand share. Track competitive SKUs for promotions, offers. Modify marketing mix to tap opportunities. Consumer Development- Plan &amp; manage execution of monthly advertising and promotions calendar. Manage marketing budgets and ensure profitable ROI. - Analyze campaign effectiveness for CPM, CPC initiatives; ROI on key metrics at a brand and account level - identify the right keywords, increase conversions, and identify the right target ASINs etc. - Develop digital strategy and execution plan for the platforms/products/services - Develop engagement activities in various platforms (e.g. E Com) to drive trials and loyalty - Build a strong brand connect with the target audience through campaigns, events, and partnerships in alliance with Digital Agency and Ecommerce Platforms Data Mining and Insight Generation : - Continuous analysis of data on product, platforms, trends to give inputs into consumer journeys enhancements, product development ideas, program efficiencies - Monitor performance of each marketing channel; identify and implement opportunities for improvement - Create data bank of consumers and drive insights on consumer journey/ experience to create compelling marketing program Financials : - Develop detailed execution plan for the year along with measurable KPIs and spends control - Track key performance matrix to ensure health of business Process : - Manage Digital and creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners - Collaborate with internal stake holders to make introduction of products successful and sustainable.
