- Driving end-to-end sales development initiatives for the Sales CCD to optimize the customer base, maximize sales revenues across product lines and drive higher margins. - Identifying the IT requirement of the Sales CCD basis the overall departmental objectives set & circulated for a period and ensures driving projects enabling sales automation. - Implementing and managing effective sales monitoring /review systems for territories/region by developing and upgrading reporting formats/review tools. - Developing the sales force capabilities and reward and recognition schemes to enable the sales team to take on higher responsibilities while performing at various levels within the function.
