- Driving efficiencies in sales operations and generating higher business growth and cost reduction using information technology as a key lever and ensuring IT automation to generate business benefits in line with the departmental KPI set for the period. - Bringing improvement of Sales IT platform as per the competition benchmark identified by the function and directing coordination and execution of the sales automation projects to implement relevant change management interventions across the regions w.r.t to HCD sales. - Generating MIS enablers for reviews and business developments and identifies new MIS requirements as per the objective set by the function. - Drive Analytical Tools.
