Leading the DMS Implementation &amp; the SFA Project for the Vertical 10. Drive Capability Agenda for the Division. 11. Review periodically the work in progress by Regions on KPIs &amp; KRAs. 12. Optimum utilization of the manpower at the National level. 13. MIS / Reporting Review - Review MORs / analysis by Competition. 14. Responsible for all the Test Markets &amp; Sales Projects Nationally. 15. National Incentive Design owner for every level.
