About the Role :

- Build a robust marketing automation engine with email/SMS/push marketing for driving user engagement and conversion across Pinnacle's B2B and B2C products.

Responsibilities :

- Lead marketing automation with email, SMS, push notifications for Pinnacle's B2B and B2C products

- Develop email marketing framework for new users and existing customers to drive engagement and conversion

- Work closely with content and design teams to create templates for every stage of the customer journey

- Own the KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion rate to track the success of the channel Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for team members, senior leaders, and other stakeholders

- Lead a team of email marketing experts to grow the channel effectively

Requirements :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in working with email marketing tools like WebEngage/ Clevertap

- Experience building user journeys within the product and drive customized messaging for every stage of the funnel

- Experience in HTML coding for template creation

- In-depth knowledge of tracking and optimizing email marketing KPIs like open rates and CTRs which should lead to increasing in conversion rates

- Experience working with content and design (in-house teams/ agency) for ideation and template creation

- Good knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics/ Amplitude

- High on creativity, curiosity, and experimentative approach

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing agency/ high-paced consumer startup

- Experience with a Fintech startup is a plus
