Email Campaign Manager (8-15 yrs)

Summary

The Email Campaign Manager position is responsible for leading a team of 10-25 campaign production resources while running a Tier 1 book of business. Production Managers will work in conjunction with assigned US BSA Team members, Clients, Client Services, Technical Leads, and of course, direct reports, and will report into Sr Production Manager or Director.

Duties and responsibilities -

- Directly manage campaign production specialists.

- Own and manage Tier 1 or Top 20 account(s) from a campaign/production standpoint.

- Oversee intermediate projects and new client in-takes.

- Oversee campaign process and production resources for Harmony and DREAM Full Service Customers within book of business.

- Queue management and resource assignment on incoming business.

- Participate in new hire selection process.

- Lead and/or develop content for on-going team training programs.

- Maintain campaign process documentation and template forms to ensure seamless service experience across book of business.

- Assist in the development, communication, and rollout back-up plan across book of business during production resource outages.

- Reporting: Track key metrics including Client billable activities, individual productivity, etc. Ensure immediate teams reports are current and accurate.

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree

The Email Campaign Manager should have previous experience as a campaign production analyst and/or in Leadership in the Digital Marketing space. Special emphasis is on resource management, Customer Service, escalation management/problem resolution, gathering requirements, analysis, ability to translate business requirements into functional/business specifications, creating test plans, and developing quality assurance methodologies.

Relevant experience may include some of the following:

- Has previous management experience

- Has performed Production tasks within the SDLC process.Has supported Change Management and Issue Management.Has had experience consulting with external client contacts

- Has contributed to or authored client deliverables

- Has maintained project/account documentation

- Has worked with technical staff to design and implement technical solutions

- Has experience in systems development

- Has participated in integration of new development into an existing technical solution

Strong and proven leadership skills

- Good written and verbal communications skills

- Good negotiation skills

- Good time management skills

- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize

- Good listening skills

- Self-starter with a strong initiative
