Emaar - Assistant Manager - Finance Control/Finance Process Automation - CA (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- The candidate should have cleared CA in 1st attempt
- Coordinate within Finance and with other functions to look for opportunities to automate or improve processes
- Bring about necessary process changes while ensuring that controls are not compromised, and effected parties are on board with the changes
- Drive process automation and re-engineering where required
- Industry experience of 2-4 years in organizations of repute. Exposure to ERP (SAP/Oracle) in a process based, highly automated environment.
- Ability to lead change initiatives, interact and influence stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Soft skills like ability to communicate well and self confidence are essential for success in the role
