Elsevier - Oracle Finance Functional Consultant (2-4 yrs)

Hiring for US based MNC, Manesar location.

Qualification - B.Tech/MBA (Finance) /CA/ICWA/CFA/CISA

Work Experience - 2-4 years post qualification experience for working within support organization /on projects / processes, and having an understanding on at least one of the following areas:

- Good skills on Oracle ERP preferred

- Relevant work experience, preferably in financial reporting, auditing or tax operation support

- Exposure to financial applications implementations / enhancements / support primarily on Oracle R12 platform, with primary focus on eBiz Tax for AR/AP/IC/AGIS/ GL/P2P/Q2C processes

- Exposure to Tax software products like Sabrix, OneSource etc.

Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

Potential to work and assist to develop innovative solutions, while being part of high potential knowledge experts through focused self-drive and motivation

Contribute and Deliver to the organization in assisting the delivery of programs and projects

Ability to work and communicate across different levels & geographies

Fair knowledge of accounting principles and a strong self-starter

Be a team player, having positive attitude

Willingness to understand the customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables

Inclination to learn the problem solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Measures of Success

Contribute to Increase customer satisfaction - Able to provide Customer consulting by identifying and recommending the innovation/improvement ideas for solutions

Contribute to Increase speed to opportunity to build/increase TTT capability, capacity & flexibility, Progress per plan on individual development plan

Support the team for meeting the Zero compliance issues for Tax process and application design, signoff by SOX lead and Zero audit issues

Complete your assigned work on time, in scope and within resource plan

Shifts / Transportation:

8.00 AM - 4.30 PM / Both side cabs available

Candidates from Delhi/NCR or Gurgaon would be more preferred or ready to relocate.
