Position : Senior Manager

Department : Marketing

Responsibilities :

- In depth understanding of all the products and solutions that are being offered by Elixia Tech

- Have and develop working knowledge of transport, logistics and supply chain industries

- Managing all the marketing and branding initiatives of the company from ideation to execution

- Market research and analysis to direct market strategy, product strategy and planning

- Content creation for online, digital as well as offline marketing campaigns as well as branding initiatives

- Identifying marketing initiatives like exhibitions, trade shows and so on where the company can participate from a business development viewpoint

- Formulating and executing all digital marketing initiatives and company branding on social media, especially Linkedin

- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

- Managing the company-wide annual marketing budget wisely with complete focus on ROI and business development as the end goal

Expected Skills and Competencies :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Hindi

- Excellent competency with MS Power Point, Word and Excel

- Previous experience in similar role preferable

- Any background/knowledge of logistics, transportation and supply chain will be a valuable add on

- Creative bend of mind

- Research and data oriented individual

- Excellence in marketing content creation

- In depth knowledge of digital marketing

- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

Salary : Negotiable in line with experience, track record, ability and industry standards
