Transition Manager

Required Profile :

- Bachelors/masters degree with overall 4+ years of transition delivery and relationship management experience in the space of analytics or processes involving data mining, analysis of data.

- Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using relevant data to inform decisions through data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc

- Experience with Alteryx, Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools

- Familiarity with any part of the pharmaceutical industry would be preferred

- Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and strong working/team building relationship skills

- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization

- Demonstrates good judgment and is solution orientated

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

- Attentive to details to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

- Experience in delivering successfully significant Change/transformation projects

- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills; ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands. Ability to build effective networks across functions, organisations, job levels and geographies.

- High self-awareness and ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment, strong communicating skills essential.

- Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement and an ability to influence at all levels.
