Required Profile :
- 2-7 years of strong analytics experience.
- Experience in support function analytics like HR Analytics, Finance Analytics, etc.
- Experience within pharma industry is preferable.
- Experience in working with business partners located in another country.
- Data Mining / Insight Generation; Statistical Modeling / Correlational Analysis; Ability to Integrate Structured / Unstructured Data.
- Data cleaning and preparation skill (database querying, descriptive, diagnostics and predictive statistics).
- Experience in writing code (e.g. R, Python, SAS, SQL, VBA).
- Understanding of key statistical concepts (regressions, modelling).
- Experience with visualization software (TABLEAU, Power BI).
