Brief Description;

The product manager/head is responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all the teams involved namely marketing, sales, and customer support. Responsibilities also include working on the positioning, pricing and managing dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones.

Since Clean Display is already in Market this profile will require someone who can execute a multi-channel product rollout across categories to take the product to the next level and build it into a long-term line of business.

Preferred Qualifications

- Masters Degree in any stream

Work Timings:

- Will have to work as per the US time zone. Flexibility is required for work timings as per the business need

Work Location:

- Faridabad

Responsibilities:

- Work with Sales and Product delivery teams end to end to build a profitable and scalable line of Business.

- Work out appropriate pricing models and licensing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals

- Responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, and closure all projects that are part of above goal.

- Communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and making sense of these requirements

- Understand business need, business capabilities, and range of available options and provide a robust justification for the proposed solutions

- Manage project schedule, cost, and resource management, while ensuring accurate requirements management

- Define the project into a set of manageable tasks, obtain appropriate resources, and build a team to perform the work

- Ensure project meets the requirements and demands of the project's key stakeholders.

- Meet with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.

- Developed the core positioning and messaging for all products.

Required:

- 12 to 15 years total experience with at least 6-8 years experience in Product Leadership and management

- Strong business acumen needed to build profitable Product lines right from planning stage

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong desire and aptitude to be very hands-on with data and reporting

- Team player, with proven track record of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities and deliverable
