Looking for a qualified B.Tech & MBA or BBA & MBA or BSC & MSC, who will be responsible to work as an internal SME   1. Research, develop and deliver a programme of educational and commercially viable conferences (webinars) across sectors (e.g. Transportation, SCM, Logistics, Retail, CPG, HR & Payroll, Technology, Banking, Trade etc.) with particular focus on the online conference/ courses.  2. Research and build extensive knowledge of at least 2-3 domains (refer above) and key policies in US.  3. Work internally with colleagues and externally with industry professionals to identify key topics for events, covering the latest industry specific issues.   4. Review conference programmes and agendas, with compelling content, based on your market knowledge and industry research.  5. Seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction (via calls/ emails), by getting post-event feedback from delegates and sponsors and acting upon it.   6. Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers- preferences.  7. Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models etc.  8. Assist in any logistics planning, pre-event logistics management, as well as onsite and post-event logistics. SME/Speaker Research, Engagement and Management- You will act as an facilitator/ key SPOC for speakers/ SME  9. Identify, invite and secure leading professionals as speakers at your conferences (online at present), whilst managing costs and keeping your events within budget.  10. Coordination and follow up with the speakers for topic scheduling- from selection to finished product   Key skills :-  1.
