Eli India - Manager - Valuation - Merger & Acquisition

This individual will be responsible for financial analysis and valuations for ELI companies and a variety of industries and geographies.

- Must have good understanding of Valuation models like DCF, Relative valuations (work with stakeholders to verify projections and assumptions)

- Evaluate the business proposals looking at financial and non-financial information

- Make sound judgment regarding financial assumptions & projections

- Experience of preparing & reviewing of Playbooks and Pitchbooks

- Experience of preparing financial models for companies across different geographies

- Good Leadership skills and must have handled a team of at least 3 people previously

- Proficiency in Advanced level of Excel & Financial modeling

- Candidate should have good communication skills and experience in dealing with C-level executives

- Self-starter, energetic, flexible individual with a clear thought process

- 5-10 years of relevant experience post professional qualifications

- CA, CFA or MBA candidate from Investment Boutique/Investment Bank/Big4 would be preferred
