Eli India - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (3-6 yrs)
Shift Timings 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
Job description -
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards, scorecards, templates, and quarterly and monthly financial reports
- Support FP&A Leader, Controller, and the management team by developing and expanding reporting integrations
- Maintain KPI reporting processes and develop framework for effective presentation layers and monitoring of key data
- Provide financial analysis for results, monitoring data for improvement and risk assessment and trending analysis
- Recommend actions by observing and interpreting data, making comparative analyses and studying proposed changes in methods and materials
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models for product lines and operational businesses
- Maintain budgets with budget to actual reporting
- Complete other projects, tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
Key Skills Needed -
- Proficient in MS Office, expert in Excel, strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and VBA programming a plus
- Strong leadership and people skills required
- Experience in multi-company and multi-department environment preferred
