Job description

1. Building an excel based data packs/ playbooks consisting of income statement projections, Balance sheet, Revenue analysis, Valuation etc.

2. Ability to read internal financials and spot consistencies or a lack of them between regulatory filings to include Tax Returns/IRS Filings and other regulatory filings.

3. Reading the General Ledgers, Audit reports and converging to internal financials.

4. Co-coordinating with M&A associates on certain deal aspects and make updation to the model (DCF) accordingly.

5. Reading the bank statements and financial statements in order to perform POC analysis.

6. Understanding various types of add backs/QofE adjustments that can happen in a financial diligence.

7. Performing financial due diligence while doing complex analysis such as working capital analysis, Revenue analysis, variance analysis etc.

8. Can multi task and cater to adhoc requests including Para Legal/interpretation of contracts and impacts to financials etc.

9. Ability to write succinctly an FDD report qualifying/highlighting issues cogently and good written skills for report writing perspectives.

Key Skills Needed

1. Excellent Excel skills.(Pivot/V Lookup/Sumif/If conditions/Match Functions/Offset functions/Advance Excel skills etc.

2. Overall understanding on M&A from an FDD perspective.

3. Blend of Corporate Finance & Accounting Knowledge both.

1. Commitment and Self driven.

2. Can work 1300-2300 Hrs. shift.

3. Project ownership skills.
