Eli India - Manager - Debt Capital Markets (6-10 yrs)

This role holder will be a key member of Global Growth's Debt Capital Markets team for financing and refinancing activities, serving as a critical project manager, working closely with the rest of the Debt Capital Markets team and the various Global Growth portfolio managers / finance leads.

The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring you to effectively process information in the course of executing transactions in a constantly changing market environment. The successful candidate will therefore need to adapt to these conditions with creativity, energy, and an entrepreneurial spirit in order to meet the evolving demands of each transaction.

Work Timings - 2 pm to 11 pm IST, flexibility is needed as per business requirement.

Work Location - Faridabad

Responsibilities:

- Work on the execution of leveraged finance transactions to refinance Company's current outstanding debt and to finance new acquisitions.

- Prepare lender presentation and marketing materials, including the request for lender diligence, model outputs, and structuring objectives for lenders, senior leadership, and Board of Directors.

- Work closely with the finance team and portfolio managers to lead all aspects of the financial model for refinancing transactions, including valuation, accounting, third-party QoE and diligence engagements.

- Lead transaction due diligence by supporting senior Debt Capital Markets team members and working with prospective lenders and coordinating with the business units in a timely manner.

- Coordinate work product with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory parties.

Required Skillset:

- Bachelor's and master's degree in commerce. Any professional course certification in the related area will be preferred.

- Six to Ten years prior relevant work experience in investment banking, credit/underwriting experience in private credit function or leveraged finance with an investment/commercial bank.

- Solid comprehension of complex financial statement analysis with a deep understanding of deal structuring, credit analysis and debt financing.

- Proven experience as a strategic self-starter with exceptional technical skills and analytical ability.

- Partner with deal teams and run complex financial models (solid Excel and PPT skills).

- Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Think independently, logically, and critically - both able to see the big picture with a strong focus and attention to detail.

- Demonstrated team player and leader.
