Eli India - Director/VP - Sales - US Healthcare Market (14-20 yrs)
Qualification - MBA
Work timings - 5:30 pm - 2:30 am
Responsibilities:
- Designing the commercial strategy for the business in the US healthcare market and ensuring successful implementation of the same
- Responsible for leading, planning and supervising all sales efforts and plans with an aim of achieving the set sales targets
- Experience and expertise of heading and managing a large sales team, with a people-really-matter approach
- Expand customer base and explore unexplored market segments. Focus on existing customers; convert them into brand advocates; expand loyal customer base; and improve referrals & renewal revenue
- Strengthen relationships with partners & vendors with an aim of increasing sales.
Key Skills:
- Strong sales leader with an experience of managing sales in US market in healthcare domain
- Experience in handling inside sales team of 30 or more people
- Extensive experience in US healthcare market is a must
- Number driven leader with experience in drafting as well as implementing sales strategies is a must
- Strong leadership skills, especially people management skills.
