Eli India - Business Development Manager - South India (3-6 yrs)

The SCMA certification was launched in the US in 2011 and provides additional value and credentials to individuals in the medical assisting profession. This certification ensures that medical assistants are recognized for their superb skills and extensive knowledge in their field.

We are looking for a energetic, smart business development professional with a good know how of the South India market.

Specific duties include -

1. Responsible for sales of Paramedical Certifications to Educational Institutions and Hospitals by associating with them as training Partners

2. Achieve Sales Revenue Target for the specified sectors & region

3. Appraising and review of sales targets on a monthly basis for assigned territory (i.e. South India)

4. Ability to generate leads by means of cold calling

5. Explore new market opportunities

6. Designing of promotional activities, attending educational and healthcare and other trade shows and conferences

7. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share

Key Skills -

1. Previous experience of working in the medical device or medical certification sector would be beneficial.

Good network in the healthcare / medical domain

2. Outstanding communication skills, telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills

3. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high energy and motivation to complete assigned tasks and targets.

4. Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced professional setting

5. Experience in Developing training partners in Healthcare/Educational Institutions

6. Graduate/PG preferably in Healthcare domain

7.Experience in Sales, Cold Calls and converting leads

8. Computer Knowledge including (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)

9. Ability to travel 70% of the time
