- Transition and manage F&A (Finance & Accounting) function of a Canadian & US -based companies in Debt Collection Business
- Role will require to handle initial team size of 8-10 people who will be working on AR, AP, Payment Processing, month end closing and Payroll domains
- Ensure that balance sheets are completed and actions are taken to clear outstanding items on a timely basis and conduct full balance sheet and reconciliation reviews periodically
- Provide Management Reports on business performance to make effective decision making
- Work closely with CEO/ CFO, Assistant Financial Controller & product heads in providing financial insights about the company performance & suggestive actions
- Budgeting and Variance Analysis
