Job title : Cash Reporting Manager

Reports to: Head of Consolidation and reporting

Individual or team leader role : Individual

Expected team members : 1-2

Shift timings : 12 pm - 9 pm (support global operations)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cash Reporting Manager: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for daily bank reconciliations and cash reporting for Global Growth Group and its affiliated entities.

Primary responsibilities:

a. Responsible for ensuring release of bank reconciliations reporting for corporate entities and respective business entities and ensuring the same is sent to designated stakeholder (e.g. Chairman, Group CFO etc.) on daily basis

b. Reporting daily cash ledger balances for all entities within the group and at consolidation level on daily basis

c. Working very closely with CFO/Controllers of business and corporate entities on daily basis to ensure that bank balance and daily cash balance reports are shared on daily basis

d. Consolidating and ensuring that the bank reconciliations and daily cash report prepared on daily basis is accurate and difference (if any) appropriated explained and identified.

e. Leading and working on process improvement to use systems/processes to ensure automation of bank and cash reporting

f. Setting up a process to track bank accounts added/removed for existing or new entities acquired by the group, as the case may be

g. Knowledge of various processes around extracting bank statements from various channel e.g. Online, offline, daily emails etc.

h. Strong knowledge of typical issues arising in bank reconciliation and cash reporting

Other skill requirements:

- Highly process and transaction oriented

- Strong relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Detail oriented but able to quickly grasp the big picture

- Very high on ethics and integrity

- Committed to self-development

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional Qualification and experience:

- Chartered accounting/semi qualified with more than 3-5 years of experience

- Prior experience of handling banking and treasury operations of large/mid size companies having presences in more than 10-12 countries including USA and Europe
