About the opportunity
Eli Global (www.eliglobal.com) is seeking an Assistant / Deputy Manager M&A (Valuation) to join its M&A team in Faridabad. Candidates for this dynamic role should have 2 to 5 years of relevant Mergers & Acquisition experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking with valuation being their strength.
This individual will be part of valuation team, supporting acquisition across geographies and sectors. Excellent performers from valuation team may grow further in the team and get an opportunity to be in core M&A, responsible for origination and execution of acquisitions.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Must have good understanding of Valuation models like DCF, Relative valuations (work with stakeholders to verify projections and assumptions)
- Evaluate the business proposals looking at financial and non-financial information
- Make sound judgment regarding financial assumptions & projections
- Experience of preparing & reviewing of Playbooks and Financial Model
- Experience of preparing financial models for companies across different geographies
- Preparing presentations, investment memos and other relevant documentation
- Managing the entire due diligence process across all of financial, tax, operational and legal
- Negotiating transaction documentation with shareholders (and other third parties, if necessary) on behalf of Eli Global
Eligibility Criteria
- CA, CFA or MBA candidate from Top Tier Institutes
- 2-5 years of relevant experience post professional qualifications in Investment Boutique Firm/Investment Bank/Big4 Firms
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast changing environment
- Trained in financial modelling at investment banks, PE firms
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships
