Overview Elevate is recruiting a Project Manager to lead our Contracts, Legal team. As a PM, you will strategically perform QC and QA. You will strategically lead and manage our Contracts - Legal teams working on project(s) and with multiple customers. You will be accountable for successful delivery of project(s) and provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company's culture. Responsibilities & Qualifications Specifically, you will - 1. Manage Contract review projects associated with CLM migrations and due-diligence support. 2. Ensuring timely delivery with quality and within margins, minimizing re-work for the assigned projects. 3. Prepare project plans and partner for resource cost allocations for projects. 4. Be a customer SPOC and handle customer communication. Manage and exceed customer expectations. 5. Provide SME support to team. 6. Work hands-on as subject matter expert if the situation would so require. 7. Prepare process documents, playbooks, SOPs, trackers. 8. Handle people management responsibilities such leaves, performance reviews and feedbacks. 9. Ensure quality of work as per required parameters. 10. Alert other team members to issues of quality and risk. 11. Assess own performance and take accountability for own actions. 12. Responsible for delivering the assigned project within the timeline. Experience 1. 10 plus years of relevant experience in substantive transactional contracts support, including reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts including procurement, sales agreements, NDAs, software license agreements, other commercial agreements. Skills for Success 1. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities and competing work demands. 2. Ability to see the big picture. 3. Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Should be results oriented, self-motivated, and accountable. 6. Experienced in leading large onsite & offshore teams. 7. Comfortable working in an egalitarian environment and ready to get involved transactionally when priority demands. 8. Ability to perform QC. Technical Skills: 1. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods. 2. Proficiency in working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. 3. Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications 1. Law graduate with strong academics from reputed institute recognized by Bar Council of India. 2. LLM will be an added advantage.
