Job Overview :
Join a venture capital funded, rapidly growing Indian sports brand and take a leadership role in the company's marketing department. In this role you'll be responsible for driving brand communication by conceptualizing & executing product launch campaigns, creating content for social media, and engaging with influencers & building community. This role requires a combination of strategic and creative mind-set with intensive operational and execution capability.
Role and Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Budgeting :
- Develop and drive a long-term cohesive marketing strategy
- Allocate marketing budget across campaigns and evaluate performance
- Co-ordinate with creative team for consistency of brand voice
Campaign Management :
- Conceptualizing and execution of brand & advertising campaigns
- Ideation and execution of product launch and brand voice campaigns
- Work with in-house & external design & production teams to manage creative communication across platforms
- Own day-to-day communications with agencies & freelancers to efficiently deploy campaigns & manage budget
Online Marketing :
- Manage and drive the company's social media presence with relevant content
- Influencer Marketing & Community building
- Oversee PR | Referral | Affiliate | Marketplaces | Events & Activations
Basic Qualifications :
- Experience with world-class marketing departments at contemporary brands or agencies
- 9+ years of relevant marketing experience
- 3+ years having led a marketing team
Preferred Qualifications :
- Deep understanding of digital, new media, and social
- Self-motivated team player, eager to work at a young start-up
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
- Love of sports / fitness / fashion brands
