About the role:
- You will be responsible for Quality delivery of all educational products built on cutting-technology.
- You will co-own the vision for existing and new products along with VP Products and drive them to execution using great talent, technology and culture.
Responsibilities :
- Own the execution of Product Development Lifecycle.
- Lead the development of current and new products across hardware and software engineering teams in-line with understanding of customer needs
- Enable a great Engineering culture with the right people, processes and innovation
- Nurture and manage an extraordinary Engineering team of 50+ employees in a multi-disciplinary environment of Software, Mechanical, Embedded, Electrical & Electronics Engineering development and validation teams
Requirements :
- Passion for education.
- B.E/B.Tech and Masters degrees from top tier university.
- 12+ years of overall experience - significant experience in building complex products as an Engineer, Manager and Leader
