Role: In this role you will either have a decent understanding of e-commerce Operations as a discipline or you will take pains to get one. You will be a diligent, detail-oriented professional and have the ability to prioritize and handle the various requests that come to you every day from our clients. You will know how to lead and define a Product roadmap and ensure a thorough project management in order to meet your deliverables. You will be one who is passionate about the entire supply chain system. Though this is not a programming role, it will help if you are someone who likes to keep abreast with new trends in technology. Responsibilities: - Identify the pain points of the company and provide with alternate solutions, gaps in the market offerings and use that information to define products. - Manage the complete life cycle of every product. They define a clear vision for the product being proposed, identify the benefits the customers will have, establish the revenue potential for the company, define the operational requirements, define tech requirements and define project plans for implementation - Individual contributors (or work with smaller teams) who spend time on drawing boards diving deep into the data collected and identifying solutions. They act as champions for the idea and the product. They get support for the same from the senior management. They get the buy-in from technical and operations team in rolling out the product. - Understand monetisation opportunities for various products, define revenue lines and go-to market strategy. - Continuously evaluate the product features, find out the areas of improvement and make sure that those improvements are implemented. Knowledge, Abilities, Skills & Competencies: - Sharp analytical skills and problem solving attitude - High levels of creativity and team work culture. - Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills - Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company strong interpersonal skills - Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint - Good understanding of Software design and engineering practices - Open to an extensive travel oriented profile if and when required
