Role : Process Excellence Leader Role Purpose: Drive process excellence for operations through tools of Lean, Six Sigma, technology, and analytics to iteratively deliver better client and brand experience. Role description: - To lead and drive process improvement and process quality metrics for ground/central operations and leadership. - Drive creation of quality initiatives, process changes, and other change management initiatives to enable functional areas to meet and exceed business plans. - Design and execute various operational workflows, productivity measures, site layout standards across the network. - Build and lead the team of process engineers or specialists. - Deploy customized lean standards, new capabilities for operations (Ecommerce, FMCG and Central Functions) e.g. faster delivery, cost strategy, reliability across the network, identify leakages and efficiency improvement opportunities, bring system change at org level through lean methodology. - Work on gross profit improvement through design and lean initiative, value analysis, value engineering and program management. - Study the best practices of all facets of operations, both internal and external, and draw / execute plans to achieve the desired outcomes. - Work on development of standard operating procedures, and continually tweak them with time to improve operation performance leading to improvement in experience for clients and brands. Education Qualification: 1. MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations) from only Tier 1 institute 2. Industrial Engineering from an accredited university. 3. Certification in Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques is essential. Work Experience 12-15 years relevant work experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, production, or distribution environments is a plus.
