1.Handle niche roles &amp; leadership hiring for the organization 2. Lead of team of recruiters. 3. Manage to reduce the cost per hire by reducing dependency on external hiring consultants, increasing referral contribution and campus hiring programs. 4. Knowledge on competency framework for all positions to increase the eiciency of Interviewer while also focusing on optimising candidate interview experience 5. Allocate workload and resources appropriately. 6. Conduct Daily and Weekly one-on-ones with direct reports to assess progress as well as strategize on various hiring needs. 7. Maintain a tight control over the turn-around-times ( TATs ) within the recruitment process 8. Analyse, develop, recommend and implement recruitment strategies for achieving fulfillments on time.
