Candidate shall be responsible for :

- Drafting and vetting of Contracts

- Negotiations of Contract Terms

- Legal Opinion for business proposals for internal use

- Drafting and serving legal Notices

- Responding to Legal Notices

- Litigation support

- Having familiarity with SEBI Regulations

Experience: Around 7 years in a law firm / corporate legal department

Qualification: LLB /LLM
