Role & Responsibilities: - Handle all HR processes & provide support to our employees. - Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, documentation and policy implementation. - Execute key HR processes within HR, i.e. onboarding, performance management, exit -management, compensation, payroll, statutory benefits, documentation & HR related transactions. - Monitor and maintain HR systems, processes, databases & records - Create dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics. - Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures - Address employees- queries The Ideal Candidate should have: - Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager - Good knowledge of labor law - Good knowledge of HR processes - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems specifically Adrenalin - Excellent analytical skills - Excellent skills in Excel and other MS Office tools.
