About the role

Eko is looking for a dynamic professional for driving the operations, being the SPOC for partner banks as well as payment gateway teams. The core of this role is to ensure that the backend engine of the operations runs smoothly on a daily basis and identify, mitigate and resolve anything that inhibits it. You will be expected to formulate and design the processes, prepare SOPs, improve performance while complying with all compliance parameters.

In the first quarter, you will come up to speed with Eko's existing business objectives. You will begin to understand the gaps in the existing operating models of Eko, collaborate with tech and product teams to define and streamline processes via automation.

Responsibilities -

- Act as a SPOC for all issues related to partners banks/payment gateways empaneled with Eko and follow up with them for day-to-day operational concerns.

- Relationship management with existing as well as newly onboarded partners of Eko.

- Designing of processes and preparing SOPs for the same.

- Accountable for identifying process gaps, mitigate and fix the same via process automation.

- Define KPIs for the process and tracking/reporting mechanism for the same.

- Define the quality/evaluation process for delivery of the KPIs.

- You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality, efficacy of processes and implement best practices across all levels.

- Reconcile monthly data and report it to respective stakeholders.

- Data analysis to understand the trend and define process changes/improvements.

- Recruit, train and supervise executives driving the process

- Drive the organizations processes by remaining legally compliant

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective manner

Key Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech from a premier college

- Relevant work experience of 3-4 years

- Experience in working with fintech companies or any BFSI

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of industry, technology, product trends, latest technologies in the field would be preferred

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Expertise in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
