About the role

As Product Manager, you will shape the product vision, hone the roadmap and own the strategy for all products and features. You will lead all efforts from concept, exploration to development and launch.

On any given day, your job may include deep diving on customer requirements and feedback, iterating on experiments, planning and prioritizing initiatives, presenting to the broader team or crafting a new strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize the development of products and features that will enable and grow the business.

The day-to-day activities

- Develop innovative and industry-leading products and features that uniquely serve our users and differentiate our products from competitors.

- Ship minimum-loveable products based on quantitative and qualitative data and experimentation. Define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of work.

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other stakeholders on innovative, well-defined product plans.

- Work with the team to build a long term vision and a product roadmap, build it through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.

- Evangelize the product and work with other teams to identify potential use cases and new initiatives.

The must-haves

- Product management experience with at least some experience building consumer-first products.

- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, business or other related fields.

- A desire to build delightful product experiences for customers - demonstrable success in launching new products at scale with clear measures of success and impact.

- Intellectually capable - strong analytical skills. Structure thoughts, identify and frame problems, and propose solutions with reasoned rationales.

- An owner's mindset - you embrace challenging problems. Can make decisions amidst ambiguity, achieving consensus amongst stakeholders.

- Experience in working closely with Agile product development teams

Nice to haves

- Experience building products in e-commerce, beauty or high growth startups.

- Proficiency in design and prototype tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and command over best UX practices for web, Android, iOS, etc.

- Hands on coding experience
