Optimize and grow Email, SEM, Programmatic Display and organic and inorganic Social channels (Twitter and LinkedIn). Initiate and grow the affiliate channel  - Collaborative work style to successfully work with diverse groups of stakeholders across the company to ensure successful planning and execution  - Strong ability to manage ambiguity with unwavering persistence and driving workgroups to consensus and meaningful outcomes  - Strong team-player and proven collaboration skills and experience in successfully working across multiple groups to achieve business goals  - Strategic mind-set including interpreting data outputs to inform strategy and modify tactics  - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement  Responsibilities -   - Establish the company's Marketing vision and strategy.  - Develop & execute branding strategy for internal & external branding including establishing brand guidelines for the organization.   - Own end-to-end campaign strategies, planning and execution for all digital channels to maximize ROI and successfully implement content calendar  - Manage the digital marketing budget, define objectives and KPIs for each channel, execute the strategy to achieve goals and ensure we achieve ROI targets that acquire customers at an acceptable cost while maximizing revenue  - Create and execute the global email marketing calendar with support from Director of Marketing and Communications  - Work with communications and design agency to create copy, creative briefs and coordinate designs  - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Will lead the overall digital planning & execution for the business together with the Campaign Management Practice Manager, driving the external agencies and Digital Strategists into an integrated digital demand engagement strategy, ensuring high quality campaign responses.  - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM,PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns  - Must be accustomed or willing to understand the process of making videos and create them from scratch  - Management of marketing agency/ies for events, PR activities, promotional concepts, marketing campaigns, road shows etc.  - Design, build and maintain our social media presence  - Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the brand objectives  - Provide strong analytical capabilities in the digital space, by implementing key performance measures for each digital program, evaluate the effectiveness of those programs and digital marketing overall, identify new trends and new analytical tools in the digital space, and deliver timely campaign results and summary reports.  - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to the clients- business  - Maintain monthly digital metrics reports to evaluate spend, traffic, revenue, CPA and ROI by channel. Use an analytical approach to review results and forecast future performance and change spend plan as needed. Present findings to CEO and Marketing Director on a regular basis  - Content plan Design and implement a content plan for the corporate blog, newsletters and marketing collaterals.  - Inspire external creative and technology agencies to develop and execute campaigns that test the limits of digital media while meeting the marketing objectives. He will be responsible for selection of management of digital marketing agencies & vendors in this space.
